Just like the crack on the driver's side is slowing creeping up the windshield, we are slowly making our way to Alaska. We are so close to Alaska now that we can practically see Russia.
We traveled 300 miles, from Liard River Hotsprings, B.C. to Teslin, Yukon. Along the way we saw more black bear, a grizzly bear, Wood Bison and a lot of pretty stuff.
We stopped at the Sign Post Forest in Watson Lake, Yukon. A homesick soldier started the Sign Post Forest in 1942 when he added his hometown sign to an army mileage post. A tradition of adding signs began and the single signpost turned into a forest.
We spent the evening in Teslin, Yukon and we should be in Alaska soon!
